In April 2023, Australian Prime Minister the Hon. Anthony Albanese and New Zealand Prime Minister the Hon. Chris Hipkins visited Lutwyche Cemetery Brisbane to pay their respects to the large number of ANZACs buried there.

It was an honour for us to facilitate this visit by assisting the Australian Prime Minister's office and the New Zealand High Commission in Canberra. We found the planning of this visit very interesting, even for a short 14 minute visit to Lutwyche Cemetery!

"In Brisbane, the leaders placed a poppy on the plaques of formerly unmarked WWI veterans’ graves at Lutwyche Cemetery and laid a wreath at the Cross of Sacrifice."
